Shape Issue Management & Continuous Improvement Manage PLM-related operational issues from identification through resolution. Coordinate: Incident management Enhancement requests Workflow improvements Vendor escalations Root cause investigations Corrective action planning Provide regular updates to DSI leadership and Engineering stakeholders.
