This position requires a high level of organizational skills and can collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product operations manufacturing operations, quality and external suppliers.Specific responsibilities include:? Coordinate and process engineering change orders (ECOs) and related documentation through the PLM system (Oracle Fusion and Agile).? Analyze and assess the impact of proposed changes on materials, manufacturing processes, test requirements and product lifecycle stages.? Manage the lifecycle of changes from initial request through implementation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and production schedules.? Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned on changing decisions.? Work closely with design engineering, production management, quality and manufacturing operations to ensure smooth transition and communication of changes.? Ensure the Bill of Materials (BOM) is accurate and aligned across all product variants and systems, including test hardware? Ensure accurate documentation of changes, including technical specifications? Continuous improvement of existing PLM configuration and business processes? Define, track, measure and improve PLM KPI operational metrics? Assist in facilitating risk assessment for proposed changes, identifying potential impacts on production schedules, product performance and cost.? Support New Product Introductions (NPI) activities by ensuring timely release and tracking of changes.? Ensure all changes comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.?
