An employer is looking for a RMA technicians to joining their RMA (Returned Materials) Team in North Scottsdale. These individuals will be overseeing the logging and testing of returned product to... the distribution center. During this testing they will be involved in discovering the problem, solving the problem that caused malfunctions and then also test the product and recover video. They will be processing the product through a return log and then update the log when it is fixed. Responsible for determining device failure source and put together refurbished products.
