A client of Insight Global is looking for two Test Technicians to join their team in Goleta, CA. In this role, you will be setting up and calibrating equipment at your workstation to ensure... everything is ready for precise electrical assembly tasks. You'll spend much of your time constructing and repairing cable joints, performing complex wiring and soldering on printed circuit boards using both PTH and SMT techniques. Throughout the day, you'll follow detailed drawings, operation sheets, and verbal instructions to assemble components to production standards, while conducting continuity checks and adhering to IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards.Youll regularly test products using specialized equipment, including thermal chambers, and document results by completing datasheets and compiling data packs for finished products.
