The Construction Sr Superintendent oversees all on-site execution for complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and seamless coordination among trades.... This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations for two major cancer-treatment?related builds:A $12M linear accelerator radiation vault involving extensive site work, concrete, and a new-build foundation.A $122M cancer center fit-out scheduled through 2029 ?To keep the Project Manager and Project Engineer currently informed as to changes made in the field, so that such changes may be covered by general contract change orders and subcontract change orders. To properly authorize, audit, and process all work authorizations, directives, T&M tickets, and similar documentation.
