Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in Hartford, CT on a hybrid basis. This role focuses on enabling sustainable agile adoption rather than a transformation, working with teams at varying levels of agile maturity to improve delivery effectiveness while respecting established governance structures and business needs. They will coach and facilitate Scrum Masters, Product Owners, project teams, and stakeholders to support agile ceremonies and continuous improvement efforts and partner with Project Managers in hybrid environments to help translate agile concepts into clear business value for leadership. This role requires exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, adaptability to organizational context, systems thinking, and the ability to build trust across technical teams and executives. The successful candidate is outcome‑focused, collaborative, and comfortable driving meaningful improvement within complex enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of hands‑on agile experience, including 3+ years coaching multiple teams
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
Experience with ADO, Rally and Jira
Understanding of integrating project management approaches with agile practice
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Worked in an insurance company previously
