Main responsibilities include travelling to customer sites 50% of the time, communicating with customer to ensure the control systems are set up properly for operation of proprietary pump equipment. You will spend most of your time with root cause analysis, confirm selection of hardware and analyze failure modules, perform warranty evaluations, and manage cases in the CRM (Microsoft). You may also mentor junior engineers. This is not a traditional in office role - the hours will vary from week to week. Ex. you work in office 50% and when travelling, you may work M-F or Tu-Sat 10-12 hour shifts at different customer plant locations within the US, with a variety of days, nights, and weekends. Training will be implemented on the job, with other engineers for 6 months - 1 year, before being assigned individual cases. Rental car and mileage is paid for. The position has a good mix of in and out of office, and offers a base salary + Overtime model. There is room for advancement within the company, which is diversified into multiple industries and recession-proof. This is a new facility with 125+... professionals they will support for the creation & upholding of safety standards and procedures. This person will be responsible for: Policy review & revision Day to day interactions leading safety meetings & JHA reviews with employees Assistant EHS manager with EHS functions & duties Support the large quantity of new hires through conducting trainings and onboarding Other standard safety required duties This role is currently Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. Come April 4, will adjust to 4 10s.
