As the Supervisor of Parcel, Picking, Packing & Shipping, you will oversee daily outbound and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and efficient execution across all parcel focused workflows.... This includes managing picking, scanning, packing, and shipping activities while maintaining execution standards in a fast paced environment undergoing continuous improvement.You will identify operational gaps, investigate throughput or accuracy issues, and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
