Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead the design, pricing, and presentation of end‑to‑end BPO managed services solutions, with a primary focus on Finance operations. This role partners closely with sales, commercial, and delivery teams to own solution architecture from discovery through contracting, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and commercially sound. This is a solution architecture role (not sales) and will support complex RFPs, client workshops, and multi‑deal pursuits.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in presales solution architecture or BPO managed services
- Strong background designing and pricing Finance BPO solutions (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
- Proven ability to own end‑to‑end solution design from discovery through SoW and pricing
- Deep understanding of managed services commercials (FTE, transaction, outcome‑based models; SLAs/XLAs)
- Experience supporting complex RFPs and client pursuits
- Excellent client‑facing communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with sales, commercial, and delivery teams
- Canada‑based (Toronto preferred) with availability for in‑person sessions as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience delivering or transitioning Finance BPO operations
- Exposure to automation and process transformation initiatives
- Experience designing global delivery models (onshore / nearshore / offshore)
- Background in service governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement models
- Experience working in a fast‑growing managed services team
