Insight Global is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the financial and contract administration of complex construction projects. This individual will evaluate project work for interim... and final payments, identify and quantify opportunities for extensions of time, variations, disruption claims, and other contractual entitlements, and prepare, submit, and follow up on all related payment requests. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor accounts, producing contractual correspondence and notices, providing routine contractual advice, and supporting the preparation of monthly contractor statements and final accounts. The role also involves monitoring project progress against planned versus actual performance, maintaining site records and document control systems, coordinating with site management on resource and production tracking, and preparing reports as required.
