As part of a growing QA function, you will work alongside additional QA and test engineering resources to improve validation coverage, establish repeatable processes, and reduce risk in production releases.You will collaborate closely with firmware, backend, frontend, hardware, and operations teams to ensure quality expectations are clearly defined, testable, and validated before customer deployment.Responsibilities?Validate firmware, hardware, and dashboard releases against defined and approved scope?Partner with firmware, backend, frontend, hardware, and DevOps teams to clarify test expectations early in the development cycle?Participate in release readiness reviews by assessing risk, coverage, and known limitations?Support investigation and reproduction of customer impacting issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering?Provide limited assistance with shipment related validation and verification while operational processes and ownership continue to mature?Contribute to automated testing for critical system paths across device, API, and dashboard layers?Help evolve QA processes and workflows to improve consistency, predictability, and scalability?Communicate quality status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to cross functional stakeholders?Work closely and build relationships with Company?s development partners to ensure product intent, quality, and on time product delivery?Perform other job-related duties as requiredCompensation: up to $130k (possible flex., based on experience) + benefitsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
