They do not have to be in the office together, but if remote then they will share screens... More and program together. Day starts at 8:05 and ends at 4:30. These resources are taking part in paired programming for 8 hours everyday, paired with someone else at the same workstation. The lab currently has 10-15 products and is likely adding another 5. The technical stack is the same across all these products. When resources start they will be assigned a product- and rotate every 3-4 months.
