Insight Global's client is looking for Full stack developers who are willing to perform paired programming. They do not have to be in the office together, but if remote then they will share screens and program together.
Day starts at 8:05 and ends at 4:30. These resources are taking part in paired programming for 8 hours everyday, paired with someone else at the same workstation. The lab currently has 10-15 products and is likely adding another 5. The technical stack is the same across all these products. When resources start they will be assigned a product- and rotate every 3-4 months. The key for success for this team is close proximity with paired programming and they don't have to wait for meetings, as everyone is right around each other, allowing for a streamlined process for execution.

* *At least 8 years of experience in IT overall.
* *2 years of hands-on experience in one or more Typescript front-end frameworks (Angular 8+). AngularJS experience is not counted.
* *4 years of hands-on experience implementing REST services, ideally implemented with Java 11+ and SpringBoot.
* *Some experience in deploying to a cloud platform (Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, AWS)
* *Some experience with Test Driven Design (TDD), in both front-end and back-end technologies.
* *Good communication skills, written and verbal.
* Some experience with agile methodology and pair programming (XP, Scrum). Candidate must be willing to pair program.
* Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
* Familiar with maintaining and interacting with databases (Oracle, PostGres).- they are moving off Oracle, so now PostGres is necessary
* Has current capacity to lead a feature track.
* Familiar with software release management tools (Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Rally).
* *Capability to perform, troubleshoot and mentor new vendor resources in all Engineering role requirements.
