Other responsibilities include: -Interface Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of healthcare datainterfaces, connecting our ERP systems with electronic health records (EHR), point of use systems, billingsystems, 3rd party point of use systems and other healthcare applications.-Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on SSRM interfaces and jobs including their various setups, requirements, timing, and data standards.-Collaboration: Gather interface and job requirements to ensure successful implementation, work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data engineers, project managers, national and facility leaders.-Interface and Job Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain supply chain interfaces and jobs toguarantee data accuracy, consistency, and availability. Take corrective actions in case of any discrepancies or failures.-Integrations and Divestitures: Monitor, configure, test, maintain, and support the integration or divestiture ofenterprise wide or division interfaces and jobs.-Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that all data transfer and integration activities comply with relevanthealthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and prioritize patient data privacy and security.-Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of interface configurations, standards, and protocols for reference and auditing purposes.-Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare data integration and recommend enhancements to our ERP systems.-Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to ensure proper utilization of enterprise wide or division interfaces.
