Lead efforts to improve and upgrade automated docketing, calendaring, and litigation records.?Manage and coordinate the service, filing, monitoring, and retrieval function for litigation cases, including the e-filing process. Maintain ECF/PACER accounts for firm attorneys.?Update and maintain software applications for the firm?s docketing and calendaring needs. Monitor rules and procedures and stays informed of changes that effect docketing and calendaring function.?Advise attorneys and other professionals, at both the department and practice group level, on federal, state, and local civil practice.
