This is a permanent/direct-hire role, in-office 5 days a week.Day-to-day responsibilities include:-Prepares journal entries and maintains monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger accounts, including accruals, prepaids, and amortization/depreciations, to ensure accurate reporting and general ledger reliability-Performs general cost accounting and other related duties-Manages invoice processes; generating customer invoices and reviewing for accuracy-Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes monthly books-Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements and profit and loss statements-Maintains and monitors Daily and Weekly revenue tracking from multiple sources-Prepares and provides management with parking and AR reports-Reconciles bank accounts, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks-Reconciles cash disbursement, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable-Verifies and completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to appropriate accounts-Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents for annual audits-Assists with yearly cam reconciliations-Prepares and files tax returns with federal, state and local government agencies-Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures-Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls-Ensures that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) standardsWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
