The shift will be during normal business hours during day 8 or 9am -5PM.We are seeking folks who are customer service-oriented, high energy, professional, and eager to learn new technologies. The total team of agents will be handling roughly 400-500 contacts a day (roughly 12-14/hr); roughly 33% of tickets are calls into the Service Desk, and 67% are emails coming in that will be allocated for scheduled calls. This role will also have onsite walk-ups and deskside help as well. A top employer in the mortgage industry is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join their team in the Rocky Plains region (Colorado and part of Arizona). This person will work from home, but... must sit in Colorado, as some travel is required (see below).This Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Rocky Plains sales team of roughly 170+ people (Loan Officers, Brokers, Branch Managers, etc). He/She will manage ~20+ tickets/projects at any given moment ranging in complexity. Roughly 50% of the time will be spent on product design using prebuilt templates and/or modifying existing marketing material. The other 50% will focus on new material design in which this person must translate the company's brand into their material for the sales group. Additional responsibilities of the Field Marketing Manager will include but are not limited to:- Providing training, advertising content creation and design, compliance approval, marketing strategies and support for all branches, loan officers, and sales support staff within designated region(s)- Develop custom print, social media, and digital collateral for each branch and loan officer and their team.- Measure success of various marketing initiatives by analyzing metrics to provide strategic and insightful marketing recommendations to loan officers, branches, and regions.- Leverage multiple channels to target the right audience with captivating messages when assisting with larger campaign initiatives- Facilitate custom requests, ad sizing for publications, and assist during transitionary periods in respective regions.- Manage Regional Social Media pages, including new hire announcements and award celebration posts.- Manage all marketing support through an internal help desk on marketing and marketing tools or programs, such as Salesforce.- Partner with Regional Leaders to ensure regional and individual marketing efforts are cohesive, compliant, meet corporate guidelines, and align with overall business strategies; ensure outputs are of high standard, respond to the needs of target audience, and delivered within agreed budget and timelines.- Consultations with Loan Officers to talk through marketing plans, giving them suggestions, and helping them find a path forward with their material/content. - Working closely with the compliance team by submitting material for their review. - Leading branch and individual trainings on the employer's marketing platforms and best practices.
