Insight Global is looking for a Vice President of Accounting for a permanent, full-time opportunity that sits onsite in Knoxville, TN. This VP will be responsible for managing all functions of... budgets, consolidation, and reporting for an OEM supplier. They will oversee all corporate accounting operations including audits, quarterly reviews, month-end close, and reporting. They will also be responsible for providing leadership and planning to determine the future structure/organization for the group overall. Essential Functions: Manage year end audit and quarterly reviews by PwC to ensure accurate, complete, timely reporting. Work with Management and corporate accounting to develop, manage and improve the Budget Process and various reporting. Work with executives and management to develop, manage and improve the monthly/quarterly/annual Consolidation Process and reporting. Work with DC's to identify, implement and manage applicable business unit KPI's and reporting. Assist DC's in implementing management accounting principles, business process improvement, monthly DC meetings. Work with business units, DC's, Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate, complete, timely monthly close and reporting process. Manage the tax function to ensure compliance with tax reporting and payment process.
