The IT Financial Coordinator will be focused within financial planning/forecasting. You will need to be comfortable collaborating with program delivery leads/program managers/project managers/IT leaders to maintain an understanding of project deliverables as estimated and planned. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, as well as generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. The role involves maintaining accurate records of financial transactions within accounting systems and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. The Finance Coordinator also coordinates and supports both internal and external audits, manages accounts payable and receivable processes, and analyzes financial data to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with department heads to interpret financial data, maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing payment schedules, and staying updated on relevant tax laws and financial regulations.
