Develop & implement systems & processes to reduce hazardous waste generation, increase recycling & conservation practices to meet our sustainability goals of water reduction and zero landfill. Evaluate systems & implement projects to meet/maintain the increasingly stringent requirements of the waste water & air quality permits at the plant location; ensure all permitting is up to date. Leads plant emergency response team, serves as a member of the Central Safety Committee & other multi-division SH&E efforts.
