Focus is on gaining the fundamentals to understand the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of various environmental systems. ? Work with senior staff in the planning and execution of assigned tasks, including daily Crew Activity Plans (CAP), monitoring, and/or adjustment of various environmental control system components. ? At the direction of senior staff, performs basic maintenance and repairs of various environmental control system components. ? Become familiar with the concepts of conducting field observations/actions and report those observations/actions by way of field notes and daily logs, which will be used by others to prepare verbal and written client communications. ? Through training, gain basic knowledge to utilize field instruments to measure required environmental control system data, including calibration and proper care and handling of field instruments ? Participate in preliminary review of collected data with supervisor to gain an understanding of the fundamentals required to interpret field data ?
