Working under the direction of the Operations Manager ? The Site Services Lead partners closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Maintenance, Training, Safety Operations, Security, Human Resources, and Facility leadership to ensure site support functions remain responsive to business needs during workforce mobilization, Assembly launch, Fabrication expansion, and long-term operations.
