Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, supply chain, product, and category management to gather requirements in formats required by technology vendors. The analyst will coordinate and track menu changes, support menu testing initiatives, perform UAT for digital offers, and provide consultative guidance on menu format and content during product design and execution. Additional responsibilities include preparing and publishing end-user communications related to menu and price updates, contributing to training materials for new products or changes, and delivering regular status updates, reports, and release schedules.
