Insight Global's large semiconductor client is looking for detail-oriented and self-managed Process Operators to join the Optical Systems Division in Breinigsville, PA. This person will support... semiconductor fabrication in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating manual and computer-controlled equipment for photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and metrology processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background and strong observational skills. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and identifying quality issues. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, multitasking, and collaborating with team members. Prior cleanroom experience is preferred.This is a D-shift opening, meaning 12 hours from 6pm-6am Wednesday-Friday and alternating Saturdays, with a 15% shift differential.
