Key responsibilities include: - Ensure compliance with RCRA, EPA, TSCA, EPCRA, CERCLA and state/local regulations - Maintain environmental permits and documentation for hazardous waste storage, transportation, and disposal.- Oversee collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams.- Manage chemical inventories and waste characterization processes.- Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., TRI, EPCRA, CERCLA notifications).This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months. This is a full-time role and we can offer a salary between $130k and $150k plus bonuses and a generous benefits package.
