Job Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation and control systems. Leverage expertise in Rockwell Automation platforms and electrical design tools. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. Work with minimal supervision, mentor and guide junior team members, and provide technical leadership in complex projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to create and modify control system designs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's degree in an IT, Engineering or Automation field
• 3+ years of experience with Rockwell Automation or Allen-Bradley platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
• Experience with PlantPAx Distributed Control Systems
• Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools
• Experience with Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), including ISA 5.1 standards
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP or Modbus TCP
• Knowledge of electrical standards, including NFPA 79, NFPA 70E, and UL508A
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems
• Possession of excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
