Coordinates construction, remodeling, and repair projects. Direct engineering and operational efforts for on and offsite decommissioning facility improvements/repairs. This includes planning, cost estimates, schedules, designs, installation and start-up operations support.11. Direct the services of contracted architects, engineers, and construction firms.12. Direct and oversee all transportation and waste management operations across the site.13.
