An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking an Account Representative to join their Client Development team. This team is currently responsible for onboarding, maintaining and enhancing customer... relationships from an operational perspective. On a daily basis, the Account Representative will be acting as the face of the company for all client engagement. They will be responsible for understanding client requests, ensuring quality delivery of requests, enhancing the customer experience, providing support for issues and problems that may arise and holding internal team members accountable for executing on client needs. This person should have a team-player mentality and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
