Job Description
Foundations Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to join a growing pediatric outpatient clinic in Houston. Located in an affluent, family‑oriented community, this clinic offers a supportive environment where clinicians build long‑term relationships with children and families while maintaining excellent work/life balance.
This role provides consistency of caseload, autonomy in scheduling, and a realistic patient load—ideal for an SLP seeking flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate families and provide home program recommendations
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapy staff as appropriate
Compensation & Benefits
• $40/hour base pay
• Productivity bonus at 80% utilization
• 75% employer‑paid benefits (medical, dental, vision)
• $500 annual CE stipend
• 401(k) after 1 year with 40% company match
• PTO eligibility after 6 months (1 week accrued)
• Clinic closed on major holidays (unpaid)

Must‑Have Qualifications
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage pediatric schedules with frequent reschedules
• Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting

• CCC‑SLP from ASHA
• Pediatric experience (preferred, not required)
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary therapy teams
