Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to stabilize and drive delivery of a critical Intraday Liquidity Program within a leading bank. This program is part of a broader regulatory... initiative aimed at enhancing liquidity risk management, collateral allocation, and enterprise-wide data integration. The Senior Program Manager is accountable for bringing structure, clarity, and urgency to ensure meaningful delivery ahead of an October regulatory milestone (OSFI).Key Responsibilities? Take ownership of program stabilization and execution? Drive end-to-end program planning, status reporting, and delivery execution? Lead the Operating Model workstream, aligning people, process, and governance? Bring structure to Program governance, Communication and escalation paths? Act as the central source of truth for timelines, risks, and dependencies? Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scope gaps? Ensure issues are escalated appropriately and early?
