Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to stabilize and drive delivery of a critical Intraday Liquidity Program within a leading bank. This program is part of a broader regulatory initiative aimed at enhancing liquidity risk management, collateral allocation, and enterprise-wide data integration. The Senior Program Manager is accountable for bringing structure, clarity, and urgency to ensure meaningful delivery ahead of an October regulatory milestone (OSFI).

Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of program stabilization and execution
• Drive end-to-end program planning, status reporting, and delivery execution
• Lead the Operating Model workstream, aligning people, process, and governance
• Bring structure to Program governance, Communication and escalation paths
• Act as the central source of truth for timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scope gaps
• Ensure issues are escalated appropriately and early
• Ensure readiness for regulatory deliverables and filings

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years program management in Banking leading large, complex, multi‑workstream enterprise programs across multiple delivery teams
• Exposure to market risk/ operations risk initiatives
• Calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communicator; tailors messaging for execs vs. teams,
• Cuts through ambiguity, creates clarity, and drives execution
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity, SharePoint)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Liquidity, treasury, or regulatory (OSFI-related) experience
• Operating model transformation
