Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to support a large-scale, mission-critical construction program for a top electrical contracting organization. This individual... will lead complex electrical projects from pre-construction through execution, working closely with clients, field teams, and senior leadership. The role requires deep expertise in electrical power distribution, strong financial and scheduling abilities, and the ability to manage high-dollar, fast-paced projects. This is a highly visible position supporting one of the largest data center builds in the country, offering long-term growth, leadership exposure, and industry-leading benefits.Day-to-Day? Lead large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through close-out? Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans? Oversee job site safety and ensure compliance with company and client policies? Coordinate field teams, union labor, subcontractors, and vendors? Conduct regular site visits (approx. 50/50 office vs field)? Manage RFPs, change orders, and scope development?
