Job Description

The Epic Training Project Manager Consultant will lead the design, execution, and delivery of a comprehensive training program supporting a large-scale Epic implementation. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience building Epic training programs from the ground up, including managing classroom logistics, Super User programs, and organization-wide readiness. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Epic, IT, and operational leadership to align training with future-state workflows, track milestones, and mitigate risks. Post–go-live, this role will drive sustainment, optimization, and ongoing training initiatives to ensure long-term adoption and success.

Required Skills & Experience

Direct experience supporting at least three full-cycle Epic implementations
Proven track record of building a training program
Strong experience managing large-scale classroom training and logistics
Experience leading Super User programs
Experience designing post-go-live training and optimization strategies
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Epic’s End User Training Services (EUTS) program
Familiarity with Epic training tools (e.g., EpicU)
Epic certification in at least one application
