Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager (ORPM) for a top technology client supporting a large-scale (1.3 GW) data center program. This is the anchor role on the account: the client needs a strong senior leader they can lean on heavily as the project scales. You'll own delivery across preconstruction, commissioning, and turnover of mission-critical data halls and core rooms, with a heavy focus on commissioning and MEP. You'll partner directly with the general contractor, vendors, Project Control Managers, and Construction Managers to drive execution and manage change. This is a high-visibility role on one of the most significant infrastructure programs in the industry.
This role is 100% onsite and may require relocation.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of construction project management on data center builds
Heavy commissioning experience, owning or closely supporting the commissioning lifecycle through turnover
Strong MEP background and ability to manage MEP-intensive scopes and sequencing
Experience owning preconstruction through turnover of mission-critical spaces (data halls, core rooms)
Strong general contractor and vendor management background
Experience partnering with Project Control Managers and Construction Managers to integrate change management into project scope
Comfortable as the primary onsite point of contact on a fast-moving, high-visibility program
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP certification
Power / electrical infrastructure background
Experience on gigawatt-scale or large multi-building campus programs
Compliance familiarity (Uptime Institute, LEED, OSHA 30)
