The Work & Resource Planning Analyst supports effective delivery of... transmission and substation engineering work by analyzing portfolio demand, engineering capacity, and resource utilization. This role partners closely with engineers, project managers, and planning stakeholders to manage project intake, assess workload and bandwidth, and support data-driven decisions on how work is assigned and prioritized.
