More audit: you move through every department and product suite (Courts, Pension, Tax, Records, Support, Sales, Finance, Implementation), map the workflows nobody has mapped before, and build the prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities for the company.This is a high-autonomy discovery role. You own the full cycle: find the opportunity, document the process, quantify the value, and make the case for what should change. You?ll work directly with department leaders, frontline employees, and the AI team to make sure the highest-impact work gets prioritized.The best person for this role has a nose for inefficiency, can earn trust quickly across teams, and can distinguish between a process that should be automated and one that just needs to be reorganized.What You'll Work On?Shadow employees, conduct structured interviews, and observe workflows firsthand to identify repeated, high-value knowledge work?Document end-to-end processes: steps, frequency, time spent, data involved, decision points, and handoffs?Classify which steps in a process can be fully automated (AI or software), which need human-in-the-loop verification, and which should stay manual?Quantify the value of each automation opportunity (time saved, error reduction, throughput increase) so the team can prioritize effectively?Prioritize the backlog of automation opportunities, working with the AI team leader to sequence what gets built?Manage intake from the automation request portal, where employees across the company submit their own ideas for AI-powered improvements?Track adoption and impact after automations are deployed, identifying what?s working and what needs adjustment?Identify patterns across departments: if three teams have the same bottleneck, that?s one reusable solution, not three custom projectsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. A large retail & commercial bank is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Mexico. The role can be fully REMOTE or can sit onsite in their Mexico City office. The candidate must... More be bilingual in English/Spanish. The bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities. They will be helping with their APM tool (application portfolio management) called Mega where theycreate and maintain all data of applications that bank has across enterprise. They will be responsible for following a process end to end to ensure proper set up and information for each model within the tool-- they have many models: 1 creation of new records 2nd commissioning records 3 application attestations 4 support 5 BAU with users 6 daily audits of tool 7 business owners 8 IT owners etc. They will need to make sure is there is an issue they can do root cause analysis and reach out the appropriate stakeholders to gather information that is needed and follow up until all information is given and see it through resolutions. Sometimes they may need to press stakeholders for further details if they don?t have the full picture, so someone who is detail oriented. This candidate must have strong Excel skills and analytical skills. They will also be updating their progress in personal activities dashboard (using RAG indicators, status, descriptions, risks etc).Compensation:$11/hr to $15/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
