Insight Global is seeking a Compensation Analyst for one of their top clients. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, leading research and analysis related to compensation... programs and structures. The role involves consulting on compensation policies and practices, collaborating with HR partners on compensation decisions, and ensuring the company's compensation structure remains competitive. The Compensation Analyst will conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation programs by evaluating job roles, market conditions, and internal data. They will participate in salary surveys, benchmark positions, and make informed recommendations on salary adjustments. Additionally, they will prepare reports, conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and provide compensation training to HR.
