Our client is seeking a Secret Cleared Industrial Controls Supervisor to sit in Qatar supporting a large federal contract. This individual will be responsible for:Supervisory & LeadershipSupervise,... train, and mentor ICS/HVAC control techniciansAssign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and prioritize work ordersConduct performance evaluations and enforce safety and quality standardsCoordinate with base civil engineering, operations, and IT/cybersecurity teamsTechnical & OperationalOversee operation and maintenance of HVAC control systems, BAS, and SCADA platformsEnsure continuous operation of mission-critical systems including data centers, command facilities, and aircraft support buildingsDiagnose complex control system issues and lead troubleshooting and corrective actionsReview and approve control logic, sequences of operation, and system modificationsManage system upgrades, expansions, and integration of new equipmentMaintain system documentation, network diagrams, and asset inventoriesEnforce access control, configuration management, and change management proceduresSafety & Quality AssuranceEnforce OSHA, Air Force, and host-nation safety standardsConduct system inspections, preventive maintenance reviews, and quality auditsEnsure compliance with environmental, energy management, and sustainability requirementsReporting & CoordinationPrepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and system performance metricsCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and equipment manufacturersSupport emergency response and after-hours troubleshooting as requiredSalary ranges from $130-135,000 based on experienceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
