About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Director to lead and scale our quality organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a world-class quality program across our PCB manufacturing operations and global supplier network — from establishing robust processes and ensuring regulatory compliance to overseeing the quality of offshore manufacturing partners and developing a high-performing team. You will report to senior leadership and serve as the internal champion for quality across all functions.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of quality experience within PCB or electronics manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012
Hands-on experience managing ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications and audits
Proven experience managing quality KPIs (DPPM, yield, corrective actions)
Experience managing and leading remote teams (huge plus if offshore manufacturing partners in Asia)
Ability to align operations with quality goals across domestic and offshore facilities
Strong corrective and preventive action (CAPA) ownership

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous hands-on work inside a PCB manufacturing factory
Experience with MIL-PRF-31032 certification
Ability and willingness to travel to Asia for supplier qualification audits (up to once per year)
Experience qualifying and auditing offshore suppliers
Familiarity with using AI tools in the workplace
