Job Description
As a Senior Talent Researcher / Executive Sourcer (P3–P4), you will be responsible for owning the complete top-of-the-funnel recruitment cycle, acting as a strategic talent advisor and market intelligence partner to recruiters and hiring managers across the business. • Build comprehensive market maps and talent intelligence for executive-level searches, including target companies and role benchmarking
• Source and identify Senior Director and VP-level talent across Engineering and Product
• Develop and execute tailored outreach and engagement strategies, including custom messaging and follow-ups
• Screen and calibrate candidate profiles against role requirements, scope, and workload expectations
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on talent needs, profiles, and market insights
• Compile and deliver detailed sourcing documentation (spreadsheets, narratives, and insights) explaining candidate targeting strategy and rationale
• Manage multiple concurrent sourcing requests while maintaining high accuracy, accountability, and responsiveness
