You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling required subcontractors for each project as well as determining the materials needed and timing of delivery to perform work. Perform daily reports of labor, equipment, and material utilization, along with daily production to track daily job costs. Reviewing the approved budget against actual job costs and production factors for the Project Manager. Understanding the scope of work and identifying change order conditions if necessary. Perform H&S-related activities and all other duties as assigned by Management. If the driving radius required for the project you deploy to is beyond 60 miles the client will pay for mileage and drive time.
