Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master in Mexico to support a Fortune 500 manufacturing client of ours. This is a key role supporting the CRM implementation initiative. This role is responsible for... educating project team members on various levels of agile principles and provide them with tools to implement processes into their work. This Scrum Master will provide hands-on support to various employees and team members, collaborate with various teams to lead them into agile adoption, growth, and improvement. They will use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency, and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation within the agile team(s).
