This role will be joining the Commercial IT team and the underlying data infrastructure. This role is focused on ensuring that high-quality, governed data (including customer, promotional and HCP engagement information) is readily available, accurately managed, and structured for advanced analytical modeling. The specialist will help maintain data governance, data pipeline health, and learn to apply the stringent privacy requirements of pharmaceutical marketing (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA) on the job . 80% of this role will be Data Enablement and Pipeline Health. This means that the specialist will contribute to core data functionality, starting with Data Preparation \u0026 Feature Engineering where they will collaborate with Data Scientists to identify, extract, and transform raw marketing (from multiple sources and formats) data into high-value features for analytical models and segmentation strategies. IFF is looking for a senior project manager who has come from an extensive background of managing IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate needs to have strong experience estimating the... projects scope from functional/technical requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling. This person needs to be able to communicate technical details to all levels of stakeholders including highly technical team members and non-technical members. This candidate also needs to have a client-focused/customer service mindset while possessing expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. The day to day for this consists of developing and managing existing project documentation, including project schedules, weekly and monthly status reports, presentations, risk logs, action logs, issue logs, etc. This PM will need to gather information required for analysis of project cost, resources, time, and other project supporting deliverables.
