Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements, user stories, workflows, integrations, and test plans accurately reflect client and program needs? Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, Data, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery? Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, especially in regulated healthcare environments? Oversee project schedules, milestones, effort estimates, and defect prioritization? Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders? Support client training, readiness planning, and go-live activities?
