There will be tickets that are tracked through the ISM tool. Inventory is about 150 tickets per month and there is a current queue of 40 tickets right now. Majority of the issues are external and internal payment challenges, invoice constraints, settlement items as well. You will also gather requirements and figure out a solution working with both the technical and business teams, being the mediatory between both functional and risk items.
