Day to Day:Insight Global is looking for a Structured Cabling Technician for one of our largest Healthcare clients. He/She will be responsible for day-to-day cabling requests (Patches, Moves, Adds... They will be taking service requests, incidents and tasks logged and distributed within the ITSM tool (Heat/Ivanti) daily. This is for work within the hospital as well as the off-site locations. He/She will also be required to assist in the monitoring and management of our BDF/IDF closets. This includes monitoring the health of these facilities for overall cleanliness, cable management, power and cooling conditions and participating in the maintenance of best practices and standards.
