We need this individual to be a go-getter, attentive to detail, and willingness to hit the ground running.Additional Roles and Responsibilities:?Proven Experience working as a PeopleSoft functional analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory and Cost Management.?In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules related to purchasing, inventory management, cost accounting in supply chain.?Clear and concise knowledge of how the products PeopleSoft and third-party applications work technically and integrate with each other to resolve issues ?Techno-functional expertise: Ability to understand the technical aspects of PeopleSoft (page, component, app engine, component interface ) and debug issues as needed (note: no hands-on development required)?Proficient in writing complex SQL queries?Ability to collaborate effectively with technical/development teams to review solution architecture and ensure technical soundness?Excellent communication and leading skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas in a clear manner.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.?
