An Insight Global customer in the construction industry is seeking to hire a superintendent to oversee a the dry mechanical systems for a mega project in Boise, ID. This project is multiple billions... More of dollars in total budget, is supporting a high-tech manufacturing client, and is expected to last into 2028. As a superintendent in this role, you'll be expected to coordinate and supervise daily construction activities with other superintendents, subcontractors and trades teams, maintain your scope's project schedule, costs and quality control, and ensure a safe environment for yourself and the job site at large. The specific scope of work for this role will be dry mechanical systems such as HVAC, compressed air, gas lines, vacuum systems, etc. The initial contract will last 12 months, but extensions are likely. We can offer pay at $75/hr for this role as well as a generous per diem package for candidates who qualify. Exact compensation may differ due to education or experience. Candidates can expect to work 50-60 hours per week, if not more on occasion as needed.
