This position is critical to maximizing machine utilization, meeting customer commitments, and aligning engineering, production, and project management during an ERP transition from Airtable to Genius ERP. You will own the global shop schedule, allocating blocks of machine time across multiple work centers and sequencing jobs from station to station. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Senior Shop Staff to validate routings, estimate labor hours, and resolve scheduling conflicts. This is a 6 month contract to hire (long term position) which will convert to a permanent role in 6 months. Due to increased company growth, you will be able to network and decide during this time if you are leaning more towards Production/Inventory Management, Design Engineer, Project Management, or otherwise.
