More deliver value incrementally and iteratively, supporting the Program Increment (PI) execution through facilitating team level events and partners with the Release Train Engineer and pushing forward team PI objectives, supporting Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done and support writing user stories, and supporting coordination across Team of Teams (Agile Release Train (ART)/Release Train Engineer (RTE)).They will also monitor and provide visibility around gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies while fostering practices for identifying, tracking, discussing and resolving cross-team dependencies within the team, taking ownership of a dependency in some circumstances.Additionally, they will manage and organize delivery effectiveness metrics to track progress and improvement over time. Collaborating with integrated teams to deliver solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product managers, architects, developers, and QA teams. They will help ensure an environment of continuous improvement through honest communication and regular retrospectives with the goal to surface issues/concerns and to identify clear action steps. Other important tasks include tracking status, progress and other critical metrics in relation to the plan and publishing progress reports to senior partners, maintaining release and dependency plans across development teams, external partners and third parties, identifying and raising risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives, and resolving impediments precluding teams from making progress against plans. They must ensure deliverables across Technology teams are high-quality and clearly documented and have strong experience supporting financial planning documentation and budgeting.
