Insight Global is partnering with a defense manufacturing company in the Baltimore, MD area to hire a FPGA Verifications Lead. This individual will be helping to lead a team responsible for the... software and firmware enhancements on space radar systems. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:Develop and execute test plans, including testbench development and validation strategyPerform RTL debugging and support verification cyclesParticipate in design and code reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams using FPGA development tools/IDEsProvide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and provide task assignments$60/hr to $90/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
