Documentation and Reporting:? ?Document, aggregate, and report audit results, issues, lessons learned, and recommendations for corrective actions.? ?Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing non-conformances, observations, and audit outcomes in a clear and accessible manner.? ?Support the entry data of QA/QC items in the appropriate tool, issue a weekly QA/QC log, maintain quality metrics, and track QA/QC items until closure as part of the QA/QC program.
