A Higher Education client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Web/Full-Stack Developer with expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies to join their small but critical development team.... This team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing applications vital to the School?s operations, as well as delivering new projects ranging from small web applications to large-scale data integration initiatives. In this role, you will lead the design and development of robust, scalable solutions, manage all phases of the software development lifecycle, and engage directly with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. This Senior Developer will also contribute to improving development standards, implementing best practices, and fostering knowledge sharing to strengthen team resilience. As the client expands capacity and onboard junior developers, this individual will play a key role in mentoring, cross-training, and supporting process improvements that align with industry standards. This position offers an opportunity to influence the evolution of development practices while working on meaningful projects that impact the School's success.
